Background Vision and Mission

Background:              AfCAN was born out of the need to bring together brilliant minds and efforts to promote, invest and develop agriculture in Africa and the African diaspora in the Caribbean with the help of the EU and other interested parties. The collaborative efforts between EU, other country parties , Africa and the Caribbean are necessary to bring about job creation and investment through a win-win interaction.                      Vision:
Enhanced knowledge management and expertise in the agricultural sector in the African and Caribbean countries through technical, financial, sustainable investment and business collaboration
Mission:
Build a platform and exchanges that harmonise agricultural interests between Europe, Africa and the Carribbean.
